How Was the San Diego Real Estate Market in March?

Just to give you an insight on the current Real Estate market last month in San Diego:

The number of active listings was down 13% from one year earlier and 15% from the previous month. The median listing price was just under $600k but the median sale price was $490k. Compared to last year the average number of days a property spent on the market before being sold was down 14%. The number of units sold decreased 20% year over year and increased 25% month over month!
