Marina Park

Marina Park is one of the older complexes in Downtown San Diego but one of the best locations. It was completed in 1985 in many would argue the best location because it is completely center to everything. The building sites only blocks from the Gaslamp and only blocks from the Harbor on a low traffic street. Marina Park has an affordable starting point for the condos for sale at the low $300,000 for some of the 1 bedrooms and even there 2 bedrooms. The popular Pantoja Park is one of the oldest parks in San Diego and it is located directly behind the complex, perfect for those that enjoy getting to the parks with there dogs or just relaxing in the grass.
