Hawthorn Place

Hawthorn Place is small complex towards the north end of Little Italy. Hawthorn Place does not offer many amenities when you compare to other buildings however the Monthly HOA fees are low when compare to the other downtown San Diego condos. Many of the units in this building have water view because its location, it sits on a hill the buildings built to the north and west of it is mostly mid-rises or low rises. Residents get good views for far less price then many other condo buildings in downtown San Diego.
