El Cortez

El Cortez is the oldest Residental property in all of downtown San Diego and is located in Cortez Hill District of downtown San Diego. Cortez Hill was given its name because of the El Cortez. El Cortez was constructed in 1927 as the first hotel with a riding elevator in Southern California. It then was converted to condos for sale in 2004. Building has kept its classic look of the 1920's.
