Aperture

Aperture is a fan favorite in Little Italy in Downtown San Diego. Aperture was built in 2007 and was design for that "Urban" feel. The builder has built several other complexes in Downtown San Diego but this is his latest one to date. As you enter the development you sense that this is not your traditional downtown San Diego condo building. The builder built the units with a couple of the walls with the exposed concrete and exposed ductwork. There are 86 condos in this building but it is rare to see one come on the market. For this reason the condos in this building tend to sell fast once on the market because many people want to live in this building. At the base of the building you see commercial space filled with café, tailors, and other little shops that are perfect for area of Little Italy.
