Brickyard is another popular Jonathon Segal design located in Marina District. This small complex is unique in it's New York inspired floor plans and contemporary exterior design. The Brickyard was completed in 1996 as the downtown San Diego was making waves for downtown living. Floor plans range from open lofts to 2 story townhomes however purchasing one of these condos are a challenge giving the fact that there are very few available condos in the entire complex.
