350 W. Ash

350 W Ash is a unique building in that it was built originally as a commercial office building. In 2005 the conversion was completed which took about 2 years for the gutting of the commercial office spaces to the beautiful condos you see today. There are limited amenities to the building when you compare it to other downtown San Diego Condo buildings. The ground floor has work/live lofts, some of the traditional units have huge balconies with great views. 350 W. Ash is located in Little Italy right near all the shops and great restaurants that Little Italy has to offer.
