Coriano graduated from a private catholic college by the name of University of Saint Frances in Indiana; he earned his degree in 4 years with a Bachelor of Science and a Minor in Business in 2003. After graduation he moved to San Diego to begin his career in Real Estate and Business.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and San Diego Association of Realtors. He is certified as (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representation by (SDAR) and D-REO Expert by Lions Gate Financial. He is currently working on his GRI Designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Coriano specializes in the downtown and metro San Diego Real Estate market. Coriano brings to his clients an expanded real estate knowledge including retail real estate leasing, distressed properties, and residential investment sales. His high integrity and disciplined approach to real estate helps provide his clients with superior customer service and strong market knowledge.

His goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, and to deliver outstanding results for his clients. He uses the latest technology to understand the current market and with the strong knowledge of the market values he uses his tough negotiating tactics for successful transaction for his clients real estate investments.

Outside of real estate Coriano is a dedicated to a balanced, social, and healthy lifestyle. You may find Coriano out on runs with his beloved dog name Bear. Coriano participates in 5k, 10k, and Half Marathons as way to keep changeling himself physical.
